Holistic Therapist and Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach. Gráinne will be guiding you in a Somatic Breathwork session, where you will set intentions for the new season and identify anything you need to release through breath. This breathwork session is designed to go deeper — supporting your nervous system, your healing, and your return to self.Making her debut to our workshops is Yoga teacher and space holder, Laura Lochab from Earth and Aura. With over 585 hours of yoga training and lived experience through travel, Laura brings a blend of embodied knowledge and soulful connection. With a gentle but intentional approach, an invitation to slow down, soften and remember your own rhythm.No day would be complete without nourishing food that we have become known for.
